Hot Finished Seamless Tubes

Ottoman manufactures a high quality Hot Finished Seamless Pipes and Tubes. Pipe is produced via the extrusion process, where hot steel billets are passed through the metal to precisely shape the pipes. In this process pierced hollow is further elongated by 18 stand continuous rolling mill, which ensures smooth outer & internal surface finish of the pipe.
The deformation of hot metal is in longitudinal direction, which gives better mechanical properties. No torsional stress is induced during hot rolling, which ensure defect-free product.
