Ottoman Tubes also manufacture the CDS tubes with Bright Annealing facility, ensuring that there is no need for pickling. Our CDS tubes are scale-free, soft and ductile those are very suitable for High Pressure Fuel Injection Tubes and Hydraulic Cylinder Tubes. Our CDS tubes are manufactured out of fully aluminium killed steel to avoid problems of ageing which can lead to embrittlement and cracks.
We have two dedicated Cold Pilger Mills for CDS tubes production. As pilgering imparts longitudinal and transverse stress both in the form of constant gentle hammering, it results better quality and controlled dimensions.
