Ottoman manufactures a high quality Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes and Tubes. Seamless pipes are amongst the strongest pipe grade in the stainless steel grade. A Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is produced via the extrusion process, where hot steel billets are passed through the metal to precisely shape the pipes. These modules have 20% higher load-bearing capacity when compared to other pipe types in this grade. A Stainless Steel Pipe is a ferrous grade that is designed with a minimum of 11% chromium. This gives the pipe enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidative media across harsh environments. The Cold Rolled Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe is processed soon after the hot rolling process. Designed without any welds the pipes are later run over dies where their strength and surface finish is enhanced, giving it outstanding properties. The Stainless Steel Round Pipe has a circular cross section and is usually utilized in transporting high pressure and temperature fluids and gases in the system. ASME B36.19 Stainless Steel Pipe is utilized in pressurized vessel grade where the pipes can transport high pressure or temperature fluids and gases in the system. These pipes are very strong and don’t fracture easily under stress.
